1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using murmur ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

murmur is an ambient sound mixer application for iOS that allows users to blend sounds for sleep, focus, and relaxation. The App offers both free and premium features available through in-app purchases.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Premium features are available through monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly collect or store payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies.

4. Free Trial

Certain subscription plans may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the applicable fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to audio recordings, icons, graphics, and software, is owned by Wallasys and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Redistribute, sublicense, or make the App available to third parties.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Extract or rip audio files from the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallasys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
